Christine Gumbs named 2013 outstanding customer service representative

The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research has announced that Christine Gumbs is the 2013 Outstanding CSR of the Year recipient for the state of Hawaii.

To qualify for this top state honor, Christine submitted the winning essay on the topic, Communication is one of the most important parts of building strong relationships with your clients, companies, and coworkers.  Additionally, Christine was selected for having demonstrated outstanding service and professionalism within the insurance industry.

Christine Gumbs began her insurance career as a Customer Service Representative in 2007. She joined Royal State Insurance, in their Hilo office, in 2012. She is licensed in Accident, Life & Health, and Property & Casualty Insurance. Christine is a graduate of De Anza College in Cupertino, CA with an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Hilo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
