2013 King Kamehameha Day Celebration Parade in Kailua-Kona

The annual King Kamehameha Day Celebration Parade featured paâ€˜u riders, floats, hula halau, equestrian and other units. The parade started near the Royal Kona Resort and made its way along Alii Drive to Kuakini Highway.

After the parade, a hoolaulea (music and art festival) at Courtyard King Kamehamehaâ€™s Kona Beach Hotel, including a free concert by Nathan Kawai Aweau, three-time Na Hoku Hanohano award-winning male vocalist of the year.
