Kahalu‘u Bay Education Center’s ReefTeach team will hold a beach clean-up day from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 15, at Kahalu‘u Beach Park.

Participants will comb the beach to pick up litter and cigarette butts so they do not end up in the bay and potentially harm marine life.

ReefTeachers will provide plastic bags and gloves, and Starbucks will keep volunteers energized with refreshments. Bring the family and enjoy a day at Kahalu‘u Bay while helping to protect it and keep it beautiful.
