Hawaiʻi County police are searching for a 51-year-old Ocean View man who was reported missing.

Paul Edward Rice was last seen in Ocean View at 9 a.m. December 4.

He is described as 5-foot-9, 165 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

Police ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.

Police have located 51-year-old Paul Edward Rice or Ocean View, who was reported missing.

He was found Monday morning (December 10) in Vancouver, Washington.
