The Produce Marketing Association (PMA), a prominent national trade organization supporting the fresh produce supply chain, will deliver two one-day workshops — one on Oahu and one on the Big Island — to help Hawaii farmers, distributors, exporters and processors of fresh produce to develop and implement food safety plans.

This is a joint effort with the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, the Hawaii Department of Agriculture, Costco, Safeway, Subway and Sodexo.
