One year ago, Kohala Zipline launched its aerial trek and has been thrilling guests and providing nature-based elevated inspiration in true Hawaii Forest & Trail style ever since.

The zipline course was designed as a tree-to-tree experience featuring five elevated suspension bridges, 14 soaring tree platforms, nine thrilling ziplines and two rappels.

To celebrate its first anniversary, Kohala Zipline invites kamaaina, family and friends to its headquarters in Kapa‘au on Sept. 15. The first anniversary celebration includes a limited number of $1 companion zipline tickets, $1 climbs of climbing wall, $1 shave ice and $1 chips and drinks.

As a locally-owned company, Kohala Zipline and its sister company award-winning Hawaii Forest & Trail understand the importance of giving back to our community.

All proceeds from the concession sales will be matched dollar for dollar by Kohala Zipline and donated to North Kohala schools.
