Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa has announce the launch of Sheraton Social Hour, a first-of-its-kind premium wine program to be offered at the resort.

The new program, developed by Wine Spectator’s premier wine experts and the brand’s global food and beverage team, offers guests a specially created menu of premium wines and daily tasting events, which begin at 5 p.m.

The program features wines rated by Wine Spectator and served in Riedel stemware to ensure that each varietal is presented in the perfect glass to artfully enhance the wine’s flavor and aroma.

“The Sheraton Social Hour program coincides perfectly with the opening of our new lobby bar, Silversword. In this comfortable venue in our stunning new lobby we offer guests an elevated wine tasting experience featuring some of the most highly rated wines in the world,” said Area Managing Director and Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa General Manager Steve Lindburg.

Raise a Glass

Sheraton Selects, an upgraded premium wine menu comprised of a rotation of eight or more wines by the glass, all rated by Wine Spectator, will be among the premium wines offered during Sheraton Social Hour.

All Sheraton Selects wines will be rated above 85 and at least four offerings will be rated 90-plus.

Water & Wine

The program also introduces specially selected premium bottled waters, Acqua Panna Natural Spring Water and S.Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water.

Because of their special Italian origins and unique mineral characteristics, S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna are great tasting waters that refresh the palate during wine tasting.

These brands are widely appreciated and are served in some of the finest restaurants and hotels across the world.
