Four Seasons introduces three dining experiences

MEDIA RELEASE

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Kaupulehu introduces three new dining experiences, furthering its culinary offerings for resort guests.

* Hualalai Grille reopens as a classic American steakhouse with local flair. Set above the18th green of the famed Hualalai Golf Course, Hualalai Grille evokes a contemporary club feel with dark woods and magnificent golf course and ocean views.

Serving prime steaks, kurobuta pork and local fish and chicken, Hualalai Grille offers steakhouse classics with twists on traditional sides. Chef James Ebreo’s signature dishes include seared big eye tuna, a 21-ounce bone-in ribeye, battered onion rings, Hamakua mushrooms and mac nut toffee ice cream pie.

* The Bar offers a relaxed atmosphere with a selection of small plates, including house rubbed brisket, crab cakes and oysters with mango mignonette, as well as an extensive wine list, beer selection, signature cocktails and flatscreen tvs with all the games. Hualalai Grille seats 75 in the dining room and 20 in the Bar, and is open for dinner Wednesday through Monday, with seatings from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.

* The resort is also introducing two weekly themed dinners at Beach Tree, providing guests with new, interactive dining experiences. These evenings offer guests direct interaction with the chef and wine experts of Beach Tree, in a festive setting.

Tuscan Nights take place every Friday night at Beach Tree, with a beachside barbeque and Tuscan-inspired menu served family-style. The $69 three-course meal includes antipasti, a grilled course (will vary between seafood, beef, boar and chicken), dessert and three side dishes.

Beach Tree’s Ohana Table is offered every Monday night at 6 p.m. This four-course communal table dinner includes antipasti, pasta, main course (will vary between seafood, beef, boar and chicken) and dessert. Served family-style, with each dish presented by the Chef, the Ohana Table seats 12 and is priced at $75 per person.

“We’re very excited to have Hualalai Grille open as a steakhouse, as it offers a fantastic venue for dining and nicely complements the casual ‘Cal-Ital’ concept at Beach Tree and the ‘regional, seasonal, artisanal’ theme at Pahu ia,” said Robert Whitfield, regional vice president and general manager of Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. “The introduction of Tuscan Nights and Beach Tree’s Ohana Table further provides our guests with interesting, varied and delicious culinary experiences.”
