A five-week evidence-based natural childbirth and parenting preparation series will get you laughing, learning, breathing, and connecting.

This class is designed to give parents a solid understanding of the natural process of labor and birth.

Topics include comfort care, labor positions, breathing techniques, massage, newborn care and breastfeeding.
