Saint-Cyr appointed Hawaiian customer services VP

Hawaiian Airlines has announced the appointment of Louis Saint-Cyr to the position of vice president of customer services.

Saint-Cyr has served as Hawaiian’s vice president of inflight services since May 2004. In his new role, Saint-Cyr has management responsibility for the company’s largest employee group and the growth of Hawaiian’s airport operations system-wide.

“Louis’ innovative leadership has elevated the quality of our in-flight service and improved the department’s efficiency and communication,” said Charles Nardello, Hawaiian’s senior vice president of operations. “As Hawaiian continues to grow, those same skills are going to help us improve the airport experience for our customers.”

Prior to joining Hawaiian, Saint-Cyr held senior-level positions managing various aspects of inflight services for Air Canada from 1998-2004.

A native of Ottawa, Saint-Cyr graduated from the University of Concordia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, before earning a Masters of Science degree in industrial relations from the University of Quebec.
