Police are reporting a missing man Roy Castro 61 years-old, 5’1″ in height, 120 pounds, gray hair, goatee, LSW red Chinese New Year shirt, jeans jacket, black jeans, black backpack.

Castro was seen walking towards Hilo near the intersection of Highway 130 and Highway 11 in Keaau at 1 p.m. Monday (March 19). He may also have been seen at Hilo International Airport later.

If located use caution and contact police. Castro suffers from mental conditions and has a sickle in backback.

Contact police by calling 9-1-1 when located.

Big Island police have located Roy Castro, who was reported missing.
He was found Tuesday morning in Hilo.
