Gabbard hires veteran campaign manager

MEDIA RELEASE

Tulsi Gabbard’s campaign for the U.S. Congress in Hawaii’s 2nd District has hired Max Glass as campaign manager.

“We are excited to have Max onboard,” Gabbard said. “We’ve been running our campaign strictly with volunteer help so far, but the outpouring of support we’re seeing across the district made it clear that we need somebody with Max’s skills and commitment to help us win this race and get to work bringing jobs back to Hawaii.”

“I jumped at the chance to work with someone like Tulsi,” Glass said. “Her desire to be of service to our people and our country; her commitment to being the voice for ordinary Americans, not the giant corporations and the rich; and her energetic leadership are exactly what we need in Congress right now. It’s clear that tired, old politics don’t work. We need a fresh approach to break through the gridlock and that’s why I’m excited to work with Tulsi.”

As a member of the Hawaii National Guard, Gabbard served two tours of duty in the Middle East. She was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for her service and was recently commissioned as a captain.
