Area affected: All services along Santos Lane from West Puainako Street to West Kahaopea Street, South Hilo, Hawaii

Water will be temporarily turned off in the above-mentioned area on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., to relocate a main.

Upon the resumption of water service, the waterlines will be flushed and cleaned, during which time you may notice turbid and or discolored water.

Average retail gasoline prices in Hawaii have risen 2.5 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $4.04/g yesterday. This compares with the national average that has increased 7.9 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.34/g, according to gasoline price website HawaiiGasPrices.com.
