Fire/rescue units responded to a 5:43 alarm Sunday (Jan 29) to a structure fire on Lehua Lane in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates.

Firefighters found a 10×30 foot structure collapsed and engulfed in flames. Crews had difficulty accessing the fire scene due to terrain and had the fire under control at 6:30 p.m. and out at 6:50 p.m.

There were no inuries reported in the blaze and the loss is estimated to be $1,000. The cause of the fire is unknown.
