Fire crews responded to a 9:14 p.m. alarm Tuesday (Dec 27) and returned to the scene of a Christmas Day structure fire in Waikoloa which flared-up again.
The burnt residence on West Makuahine Street had flames coming from the eaves in the Southwest corner of the home. Firefighters had the fire under control in less than 10 minutes of arrival then spent over an hour going over the burned structure looking for hotspots.
