Fairmont Orchid hosting Winemaker Dinner (Nov. 8)

The Fairmont Orchid is hosting a Winemaker Dinner with Domaine Carneros Winemaker Eileen Crane at Brown’s Beach House Knoll on Tuesday, Nov. 8, beginning with a reception at 6:30 p.m.

The menu, a selection of delectable pairings such as Duo of Foie Gras, Grilled Kohala Coast Opakapaka Filet and Kiawe Blossom Puako Honey and Pommery Mustard Roasted Lamb Loin was created exclusively for this event by Executive Chef Collin Thornton.

With more than 30 years of winemaking experience Crane is widely regarded as the doyenne of sparkling wine in America. She is one of a handful of women in the forefront of the wine industry in California.

She is involved in numerous wine organizations, is a past President of the Carneros Wine Alliance and the California Classic Methods/Classic Varieties Society (CM/CV).

Tickets are available for $120 per person excluding tax and gratuity and reservations can be made by calling 885-2000. Space is limited.
