Winter Weather Advisory for Big Island summits

The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the summits of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea above 8,000 feet until 6 a.m. Friday (Nov 4).

Freezing rain and snow showers are forecast with possibly up to one to two inches of snowfall.
