At 11:16 PM Alaskan Daylight Time on October 30, an earthquake with preliminary magnitude 6.0 occurred 90 miles/145 Km southwest of Amchitka, Alaska .

The magnitude is such that a tsunami IS NOT EXPECTED. This will be the only WCATWC message issued for this event.
