1) KAHALUU-KEAUHOU
Alternating lane shifts on Kuakini Highway (Route 11) in both directions between Mile Posts 116 and 117 in the vicinity of Kamehameha III Road on Monday, October 17, through Friday, October 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for roadway embankment work.

— MAMALAHOA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 190) —

1) MAKALEI
Alternating lane closures on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) in both directions between Mile Posts 27 and 31, north of Old Kona Village Road, on Monday, October 17, through Friday, October 21, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for guardrail installations.

2) WAIKOLOA
Alternating lane closures on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) in both directions between Mile Posts 13 and 15, south of Waikoloa Road, on Monday, October 17, through Friday, October 21, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for guardrail installations.

— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 19) —

1) LAUPAHOEHOE GULCH
Alternating single lane closures on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) in both directions from Laupahoehoe Point Road to Laupahoehoe Gulch, also known as the “Second Horseshoe,” near Mile Post 26.1, on Monday, October 17, through Friday, October 21, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for slope stabilization work.

2) KAAWALII GULCH
Alternating single lane closures on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) in both directions in the vicinity of Kaawalii Gulch, near Mile Post 28.6, on Monday, October 17, through Friday, October 21, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for slope stabilization work.

3) KAWAILII BRIDGE
Alternating single lane closures on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) in both directions in the vicinity of Kawailii Bridge, near Mile Post 35.4, on Monday, October 17, through Friday, October 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., daily, for pavement resurfacing.

— QUEEN KAAHUMANU HIGHWAY (ROUTE 19) —

1) KIHOLO BAY
Alternating single lane shifts on Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Route 19) in both directions in the vicinity of Mile Post 82 on Monday, October 17, through Friday, October 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for pavement resurfacing.

— ANE KEOHOKALOLE HIGHWAY at KEALAKEHE PARKWAY —

West Hawaii Civic Center:
The entrance to the West Hawaii Civic Center from Ane Keohokalole Hwy will close Oct. 17. Mid-December is the tentative date to reopen. Access to West Hawaii Civic Center will be from Kealakehe Parkway.

Kealakehe High School:
Ane Keohokalole Hwy will close to Puohulihuli Street. Mid-January is the tentative date to reopen. Access to Kealakehe High School will be from Keanalehu Drive.

All lanes on Kealakehe Parkway will remain open during road construction.
