Alternating lane closures on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) in both directions between Mileposts 27 and 31, north of Old Kona Village Road, on Monday, September 19, through Friday, September 23, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for guardrail installations.

2) WAIKOLOA
Alternating lane closures on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) in both directions near Milepost 14, south of Waikoloa Road, on Monday, September 19, through Friday, September 23, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for guardrail installations.

1) VICINITY OF LAUPAHOEHOE GULCH
Alternating single lane closures on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) in both directions from Laupahoehoe Point Road to Laupahoehoe Gulch, also known as the “Second Horseshoe,” near Milepost 26.1, on Monday, September 19, through Friday, September 23, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for slope stabilization work.

2) VICINITY OF KAAWALII GULCH
Alternating single lane closures on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) in both directions in the vicinity of Kaawalii Gulch, near Milepost 28.6, on Monday, September 19, through Friday, September 23, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for slope stabilization work.

— KEAAU-PAHOA ROAD (ROUTE 130) —

1) PAHOA
Alternating lane closures on Keaau-Pahoa Road (Route 130) in both directions between Mileposts 9 and 10, in the vicinity of Kahakai Boulevard, on Monday, September 19, through Friday, September 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for lane striping and sign installations.
