Kona Town Meeting: State projects update (Sept. 13)

When will the new West Hawaii Community College be ready? Where will the new State Courthouse be built in Kona? What are the DLNR’s plans to improve Honokohau Harbor?

Come listen and ask questions about these important state projects in West Hawaii.

Guest speakers include: Dr. John Morton, Vice-President of Community Colleges, University of Hawaii; Dawn West, Deputy Chief Administrator, Hawaii State Courts; and William J. Aila, Chairman of the Department of Land and Natural Resources.

The Kona Town Meeting is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13 at Makaeo Events Pavilion, Old Kona Airport Park.

Kona Town Meetings are presented by Community Enterprises, a non-partisan, non-profit organization, to provide vital information on community concerns to Kona citizens. Light refreshments will be served.
