Tropical Depression is predicted to have little effect on Hawaii’s weather

The National Weather Service in Honolulu reports that Tropical Depression Six-E is about 1,600 mile East-Southeast of Hilo and is moving West at nine miles per hour.

The system is reported to have a minimal chance of affecting Hawaii’s weather and the NWS will keep an eye on its progress in the coming days.
