Police locate man wanted for five outstanding warrants

Big Island police have located 26-year-old Chalcey F. Castro of Hilo, who was wanted on five outstanding warrants.

He was arrested Wednesday morning (August 3) and charged with three counts of contempt of court and two counts of violating probation.

He is being held without bail.
