Keiki Talk magazine stops publishing

MEDIA RELEASE

Effective immediately, Noles Design will stop publishing Keiki Talk Magazine, the Big Island’s only magazine dedicated to parenting.

The last printed edition available is the February/March 2011 issue.

Kelly Noles, founder and publisher of Keiki Talk, cannot continue to dedicate the time and financial resources necessary to produce the bimonthly magazine.

Furthermore, since moving to the mainland in 2009, it has become increasingly difficult for Noles to manage the day-to-day operations of the islandwide magazine.

“I have been proud to publish Keiki Talk Magazine and I am grateful to the loyal readers and businesses who have supported the publication over the years,” she said.

Earlier this year, Keiki Talk earned national recognition by way of the prestigious Parenting Publications of America organization claiming the “Rookie of the Year” award for its circulation size.

The general excellence award acknowledges editorial and design excellence in parenting publications under three years old.
