UH-Hilo hosting CFL bulb exchange

MEDIA RELEASE

The University of Hawaii at Hilo, Division of Student Affairs will be holding a light bulb exchange beginning in March until supply runs out.

Residents are invited to bring in old-style incandescent light bulbs to exchange free of charge for new CFL light bulbs.

The Student Activities Council, Kipuka Native Hawaiian Student Center, Office of Admissions, Office of the Registrar, and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs are participating in the CFL Light Bulb Exchange Fundraiser Project offered by The Kohala Center, Blue Planet Foundation, and Hawaii Energy.
