New West Broadcasting Corp. president / general manager Chris Leonard has announced radio stations B97.1 FM in East Hawaii and B93.1 FM in West Hawaii will air a re-broadcast of Mayor Billy Kenoi’s 2011-2012 budget message at 6 a.m. Sunday, March 6.

The public is urged to tune in to hear Kenoi deliver the message followed by a recorded question and answer session with members of the local press.
