Big Island police have completed their investigation into a Nov. 19 two-vehicle crash on Queen Kaahumanu Highway in North Kona that seriously injured three motorists, including former UH football standout Colton Brennan, his girlfriend Shakti Stream and Theresa Wang, a Waikoloa doctor.

As is standard in serious motor vehicle crashes of this nature, the investigation has been forwarded to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for determination if any charges are warranted.

The crash was investigated as two negligent injury cases. Brennan reportedly has completely recovered; Wang remains at a rehabilitation facility in Colorado.
