Puna man wanted on bench warrants

Big Island police have located Manuel Subica, who was wanted on four bench warrants. He is incarcerated at Halawa Correctional Facility on Oahu.

Big Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 26-year-old Puna man wanted on four bench warrants.

Manuel Subica of Pahoa is described as 6-foot-1, 175 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and a goatee.

Police also want to speak to him about a burglary investigation. They urge anyone with information on his whereabouts call Detective John Rodrigues at 966-5835 or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 or 329-8181 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
