Shippers must access the Aloha Air Cargo website and register their contact details to receive the discount coupon. A printout of the discount coupon must be presented when tendering shipment, along with proof of State of Hawaii residency.

All shipments are to be prepaid; cash, check or major credit cards. Shipments are subject to a $25 minimum charge, plus applicable fuel surcharge, and a 6.25 percent Federal Transportation Tax. Discount applicable off of General Freight Shipping only, with surcharge and taxes applied thereafter.
