If you are looking for a non-fiction book club to join, check out Kona Stories’ “Just the Facts” group Tuesday evening. This group meets monthly to discuss history, biography and science books. This evening they will be discussing Virginia Rounding’s newest book “Catherine the Great.” No need to have read the book to check it out, they are looking for new members.

Take a minute to stop into Kona Stories bookshop the weekend after Thanksgiving for a free photo with the Grinch. The Grinch visits Kona Stories ever year for a nice alternative to Santa pictures.

Join us at Kona Stories Book Shop for an evening with wine and words from a few locally published authors. This month’s featured local authors are Duke Kell, Paul Csige, Cynthia Wicks and John Rees. This is the community’s opportunity get to know a few of our local authors while enjoying a nice evening at the book shop with pupus and a glass of wine. This event is open to the public and is free.
