Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Kaupulehu remains Hawaii Island’s first and only AAA Five-Diamond and Forbes Five-Star resort, following the recent announcements of the two prestigious rating entities.

The awards in total are as follows:

* AAA Five Diamonds – Four Seasons Resort Hualalai (12 consecutive years)
* AAA Four Diamonds – Pahu ia restaurant (10 consecutive years)
Forbes Five Stars – Four Seasons Resort Hualalai (2 consecutive years)
* Forbes Four Stars – Hualalai Spa at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai (7 consecutive years)
* AAA annually evaluates more than 60,000 lodging establishments and restaurants, and rates them on a scale of one to five Diamonds.
