* DI DE LOS MUERTOS, or the Day of the Dead, at 2 p.m. at the Kailua-Kona Public Library. Llimited-space (25 participant) workshop to learn the art of ‘Papel Picado,’ paper cutting for the traditional decorations that adorn the Dia De Los Muerto (Day of the Dead) Festivities in Mexico.
