Ono wins Mustang Invite and leads UH-Hilo to second place

Randi Ono shot a 6-over-par 150 (73-77) to tie for medalist honors at the Southwest Minnesota State University Mustang Invitational in Marshall, MN and lead the University of Hawaii at Hilo to a second place finish in the 13-tournament.

One-stroke behind Ono was Dayna Bersamin who followed an opening round 78 with a 73 to finish in third place at 7-over-par 151.

Nicole Aoki was tied for 7th place at 11-over-par, 155 (78-77). Nyssa Aoki was tied for 44th place (86-84=170, +25). Kiley Umeda was tied for 52nd place at 32-over-par, 176 (86-90)

Augustana (SD) won the team title with a 41-over-par 617. They were followed by UHH (626), Gustavus (627), Minnesota State (632), Concordia-St. Paul and Wisconsin-Eau Claire (639), Winona State (656), Southwest Minnesota State (663), Manitoba (674), Bemidji State (715), Wayne State (752), MSU Moorhead (772) and Minnesota-Crookston (863).
