Sopogy has welcomed two new members to its team – Tom Hindmarsh as Director of Technology and Tina Sprague as Hawaii Energy Project Development Manager.

Tom Hindmarsh fills the role of Director of Technology.

In this position, he oversees all aspects of strategic engineering and technical management including research and development, new product development and project implementation support.

Hindmarsh brings 23 years of experience in technology development and was most recently lead engineer at the Resonance Project Foundation.

He has also held various technology management roles at Intel Corporation, Sandia National Labs and PRI Automation.

Tina Sprague joins Sopogy in the role of Hawaii Energy Project Development Manager.

She is responsible for the development and planning of all renewable energy projects in the state of Hawaii.

Sprague brings 22 years of business development, marketing and operations experience with extensive experience managing and developing client relationships within the Engineering, Scientific Research and Development, and Information Technology industry.

She has held management and marketing roles at Microsoft Corporation, CTA Solutions, Oceanit and Hawaii Energy.

Sopogy specializes in MicroCSP solar technologies that bring the economics of large solar energy systems to the industrial, commercial and utility sectors in a smaller, robust and more cost effective package.

Sopogy’s goal is to create solar solutions that improve the quality of life and simplify the solar power business.
