Big Island police have charged a second suspect in connection with a shoplifting incident on July 23 at a surf shop in PÄhoa.

Lorilei Kaapela Brown, 35, of Hilo turned herself in at the Hilo police station Thursday morning (August 12). She was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
