Kohala Watershed volunteer work day (July 10)

MEDIA RELEASE

The Kohala Center plans its next KWP Volunteer Day on Saturday, July 10.

“Our crew has lots of Pilo (small native tree) needing to get in the ground, so we will be working in the Koaia Corridor to outplant these,” says Barrie Moss. “We can feel and see it getting drier, so we are very interested in planting out as much as we can before the summer heat prevents us from doing so.”
