Big Island police have located 27-year-old Samson Kimo Kaiawe, who was wanted.

He was arrested Thursday morning (May 27) and charged with abuse, criminal property damage and violating terms of bail.

Big Island police are searching for a 27-year-old man wanted for abuse of a family/household member, phone ripping and criminal property damage.

Samson Kimo Kaiawe is described as Hawaiian, 6-foot-2, 245 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
