Four dedicated Fair Wind employees were singled out for awards at the recent Circle of Excellence ceremony. The Circle of Excellence awards were established by Fair Wind for outstanding performance and contributions to the Fair Wind mission.

“We are excited to honor this year’s award recipients for their hard work and creative thinking that has helped Fair Wind persevere through a challenging economy. Excellent customer service, professionalism and safety have always been a priority for our team. These individuals have truly exemplified the possibilities for all of us,” said Fair Wind owners Mendy and Puhi Dant.

2010 Circle of Excellence awards were bestowed to the following:
* Fair Wind 2010 Land Employee of the Year, Mike Cabral
* Fair Wind 2010 Ocean Employee of the Year, Dante Leuenberger
* Annual Daniel Wauldron Award, Michael Dickerson
* Special Recognition Award (research and development of Manta Snorkel and Dive), Chandler Nacino

Recipients were presented with personalized crystal etched plaques and the Daniel Wauldron Award is fashioned in Hawaiian koa wood.
