LEGISLATORS INVITE PUBLIC TO HAMAKUA COMMUNITY RESOURCE FAIR

HONOKA‘A, HI – Representative Mark Nakashima and Senator Dwight Takamine are pleased to invite the public to the Hamakua Community Resource Fair on March 21, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Honokaa County Gym.

The Hamakua Resource Fair will bring together government, financial, educational, health care and community groups in an effort to share information with the residents of Hamakua about the programs and services that are available to them.

In addition, Rep. Nakashima and Sen. Takamine will be honoring the athletes and scholars from Honokaa for their respective achievements over the last year. They will also be providing updates of projects throughout the Hamakua District.

“This fair is a collaborative effort among different groups in our community to introduce and bring available resources to Hamakua,” Rep. Nakashima said.

The Fair is free and open to the public and lunch will be served.
