Windsurfers and kiteboarders had a field day on Hilo Bay as gusty winds kicked-in Wednesday (Feb 3).

The gusty winds in East Hawaii gave windsurfers and kiteboarders a treat as they shredded Hilo Bay Wednesday (Feb 3). The water was choppy and the National Weather Service has issued a small craft advisory for all Hawaiian waters until 6 a.m. Friday.
