$99 Bucks!  Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa has announced kamaaina can enjoy the world-class resort on the south Kona coast for just $99 on Friday evenings for the entire month of November.

“Fridays have become synonymous with furloughs and negativity here in the state of Hawaii , and with good reason,” said Sheraton Keauhou Bay general manager Tetsuji Yamazaki. “To offset some of the pessimism associated with the day, we’ve opted to lower our kamaaina rate and welcome residents to experience our hospitality at a rate that is affordable for most.”

Regular kamaaina rates otherwise begin at just $139 per night and always include a guaranteed early check-in by noon and late check-out of 2 p.m. as well as complimentary self-parking. Through Dec. 25, students who present a straight-A report card will also receive a free pizza, free in-room movie and free room upgrade (based on availability at check-in, other restrictions may apply).

Situated on an ancient lava flow at Keauhou Bay , Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa’s guestrooms feature ultra-comfortable Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds.
