Thank you for keeping the story alive. The mother is grateful to have her little boy back and is frustrated (putting it lightly) that James continues to make poor choices regarding their son. He's claiming hes a libertarian and doesn't carry a driver's license when in reality he usually has one only it's usually suspended as it is now. He's claiming he kept his son to keep him off ADD medication that he's been prescribed, when he kept his son out of school and away from his mother long before the little boy was on medication. He's a fruitloop and will hopefully be punished accordingly. The little boy deserves better than a whacked out father who claims to be "willing to go to jail" to make a point about court orders, interestingly enough he puts his child back into the hands of the very person he was trying to keep him away from. Now he will likely get zero time with his son. Not very well thought through on his part I wouldn't think.
