The Men and Women of the UH-Hilo Vulcan soccer teams held inter-squad scrimmages today at Amaulu Soccer Field. This was a chance for the coaches to see how much the players from last season had improved over the summer break and to see how the new recruits would perform at the college level. Both Vulcan teams will begin the season on the road. The first home game for the mens team will be on September 11th as the host of the Hawaii Challenge Cup. The first game for the Vulcan women will be a game against Oahu rival Hawaii Pacific University on September 19th at the Amaulu Soccer Field.
