During Tuesday’s special meeting, the Hawaii County Council reverses the June 16 decision to reorganize the leadership roles. The reorganization was the subject of a lawsuit filed by West Hawaii Today over whether council members broke the state’s Sunshine Law.Â
In an effort to fix that, the council agreed to revert to it previous line-up, re-vote on everything that came before the new leadership, and then attempt to reorganize.
