Dr. Angela Cholakyan

Dr. Angela Cholakyan, the exciting and brilliant pianist who carries the world renowned tradition of Russian School of Piano performance and is a recent recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Doctoral graduate of 2009 award from the Flora L. Thornton School of Music at University of Southern California, has been invited to the Hawaii Performing Arts Festival. Having already been so well received at the prior festival in summer 2008, Dr. Cholakyan will be teaching master classes to gifted Hawaiian students of the legendary Ellen Masaki.
