…HIGH SURF ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM HST MONDAY…

SURF ALONG SOUTH FACING SHORES WILL BE 5 TO 8 FEET THIS AFTERNOON…THEN INCREASE TO 6 TO 9 FEET SUNDAY WITH POTENTIALLY HIGHER SETS THROUGH MONDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY MEANS THAT HIGH SURF WILL AFFECT BEACHES IN THE ADVISORY AREA…PRODUCING RIP CURRENTS AND LOCALIZED BEACH EROSION.
