Light morning quake rattles Volcano area, 3.0 in magnitude

A minor earthquake occurred at 7:03:34 AM (HST) on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 .
The magnitude 3.0 event occurred 9 km (5 miles) W of Ka`ena Point.
The hypocentral depth is 10 km ( 6 miles).
