Biologist/author at Kona library Saturday

MEDIA RELEASE
Carla Hannaford, PhD, biologist and author, will present a program titled Smart Moves at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 16 at the Kailua-Kona Public Library.
Integrated cross-lateral movement not only grows our brains throughout life, it assists us to learn, remember, be creative and live stress-free, joy-filled lives.
Hannaford will share current scientific information in this informative and experiential presentation focusing on the why, as well as how, these movements like Tai Chi, Yoga, soccer, dancing and playing musical instruments offer simple and profound ways to enhance all areas of life.
Sponsored by Friends of the Libraries, Kona, this program for people of all ages is offered as a community service and is free to the public.
