Waiakea wins at home against Honokaa in boys volleyball

Honokaa and Waiakea met Thursday night at Waiakea High School Gym for an early game. Both teams fought hard but in the end the Warriors came out on top. The Dragons had two players with double-digit kills, Shelton Kalilikane and EJ Tabudlo had 11 apiece. The Warriors’ Clayton Morante Jr. was the team leader in kills, followed by Brady Smith. Waiakea took the game in straight sets: 25-18, 25-23, 25-16.
