…HIGH SURF ALONG EAST FACING SHORES…
.OVERVIEW….STRONG AND PERSISTENT HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED WELL NORTHEAST OF THE STATE HAS PRODUCED A BROAD FETCH OF TRADE WINDS ACROSS THE ISLANDS. THIS FETCH EXTENDS WELL EAST OF THE AREA AND IS CREATING LARGE CHOPPY SURF ALONG EXPOSED SHORES. SURF HEIGHTS WILL HOLD AT CURRENT LEVELS THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY THEN INCREASE AS LONGER PERIOD SWELL ARRIVES.
